Responsibilities: Mitch is responsible for client acquisition and negotiations. He works daily with insurance adjusters to get claims paid quickly and with minimum inconvenience to our clients
As CEO of Strategic Adjusting Services Inc. I was blessed to create a culture of claims handling that meshes with my intrinsic values.
Mitch is responsible setting realistic expectations with clients, providing outstanding client customer service throughout the claims process, that often times results in exceeding client expectations. He is a US Military Veteran and licensed public adjuster. He is Certified Level II Non Destructive testing inspections expert, Certified Borescope Inspector and trained in infrared inspection capabilities. He possesses over 40 years damage assessment and analysis.
Mitch possesses excellent people skills. As a large loss negotiator, he specializes in solving claim disputes by working closely with all parties surpassing client’s expectations through superior dialogue.
Mitch is one of those guys that knows how to bring people together, it’s a gift, a mixture of charm and wit, he understands the balance needed to reach agreements bringing complexed insurance issues to a successful close.
For over 30 years Mitch has been part of the BAL, BAY, Surfside Florida Communities, well known by city officials, community and religious leaders, his honesty, integrity, professionalism and attention to detail shine on every claim he chooses to represent.

Position: Managing Partner
Responsibilities: Bill is responsible for daily operations, claim strategy, communication and presentations of claims on behalf of clientele to their insurance companies.
With over forty years’ experience in claims handling, Bill has seen firsthand how unprepared most individuals are to deal with their insurance company when disaster strikes. Bill’s experience in the insurance industry has covered all aspects of claims, having worked in the Home Office of a Fortune 500 Insurance Company directing claims worth millions of dollars, to working in the field as a General Adjuster and as Manager of Catastrophe Claims Offices.
Bill is hired by top law firms representing first party property claims as an expert witness. He is also used by other public adjusting firms as an appraiser representing their clients in property appraisals.
Bill is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Strategic Adjusting Services, Inc., a Public Adjusting firm representing owners of insured commercial and residential properties needing assistance recovering money from their insurers.
Bill is a former instructor of insurance and claims adjusting at a for profit School of Insurance in South Florida. He is also a public speaker on property insurance claims issues.
In addition, Bill is a current member and a past president of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, FAPIA, a state sanctioned organization lobbying for the rights of individual homeowners and business owners to have affordable insurance, adequate insurance coverage, and competent representation should these individuals experience an event resulting in damage to their property.
